SHIPPING POLICY
We offer flat rate domestic and international standard shipping.
Domestic Shipping

International Shipping

Please note that international orders do not include duties or taxes. The customer will be responsible for paying the required duties and taxes upon delivery. The shipping carrier may not release the package without the payment for both duties and/or taxes. It is the customer's responsibility to understand your customs fees. If the customer chooses to abandon the order and not pay customs, the order will not be eligible for cancellation or a refund.
Please give us 24-48 hours to process your order.
Shipping time may be affected by public holidays or the location you order is being shipped to. All orders are being shipped from the US, shipping time may vary.
Please ensure to apply the correct address to your order. If you have made an error, please contact us immediately at support@divineactive.com so we can resolve the issue. If your package has been shipped back to us due to incorrect order information, we will notify you. In this case the order will not be eligible for cancellation or a refund. The new shipping label will be at the customers expense.

DIVINE ACTIVE does not cover the cost of lost or stolen packages. A refund will not be eligible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
If you wish to make a return or exchange the item MUST be unworn and in it's original condition and packaging. A refund will not be returned if there are signs of the product being worn and/or damaged.
Send us an email at support@divineactive.com including your first and last name, your order number, and why you wish to return/exchange.
DIVINE ACTIVE does NOT cover the cost of return/exchange shipping fees.
REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a refund please see our return and exchange policy.
The customer is subject to paying the return shipping/exchange fees.
When we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund was approved. If approved, we will send the refund to your original payment method. The original outbound shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Please give the bank a few days to process and post the refund in your banking.
DIVINE ACTIVE reserves the right to decline refunds if it does not meet the eligible return & exchange criteria.
Apparel marked as final sale and DIVINE ACTIVE CLUB programs are not refundable.
